Friuli Venezia Giulia – Palazzolo dello Stella (UD), vineyards on predominantly clayey soils with silt and sand, ideal for giving freshness and delicacy to the rosé.
Harvest in early October. Vinification with cold maceration and fermentation for about 30 days. Refinement in the bottle for at least 1 month before being released for sale.
Bright cherry-pink color. Intense and delicate aroma of red fruits and rose. Dry and elegant on the palate, with a mellow and smooth aftertaste of pleasant persistence.
Ideal with light cured meats, fresh and soft cheeses, delicate appetizers, and summer cuisine.
