Predominantly clayey with the presence of silt and sand.
Harvested in early October. Maceration on the skins for about 10 days, temperature-controlled fermentation, and bottle aging for at least 3 months before release.
Intense and bright ruby red color. Aromas of blackberry and violet, with a pleasantly fruity bouquet. On the palate, it is smooth, flavorful, and enveloping, with silky tannins and good persistence.
Savory first courses, roasted poultry or pork, hamburgers, grilled meats, and semi-aged cheeses.
