DOP FRIULI
A wine that tells the story of the land where it is born.
White wine from a native grape variety of Friuli Venezia Giulia. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and scents of sage, laurel and balsamic notes of resin.
On the palate it is dry, tending towards aromatic and with a full body. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers, fish and shellfish first courses, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses.

Predominantly clayey with the presence of silt and sand.
Harvest in September. Long alcoholic fermentation at temperatures never exceeding 15°C and aging in the bottle for at least 2 months before marketing.
Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense scents of sage and laurel, with elegant balsamic notes of resin. On the palate it is dry, tending towards aromatic, with a full and persistent body.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with light appetizers, fish and shellfish first courses, grilled vegetables, and fresh cheeses.
