Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general conditions govern the sale of products carried out through the website isolaugusta.com, in compliance with Italian legislation regarding distance contracts (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments).

Acceptance of conditions

By placing an order on our site, the user declares to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in their entirety.

Products and availability

All products offered are accurately described. Images are indicative and may not faithfully represent the product received. Item availability is updated in real time, but temporary unavailability cannot be excluded. In such cases, the customer will be promptly informed.

Prices and payment methods

All prices indicated are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Payment can be made via credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or other systems offered by Stripe. No information regarding the payment card is stored by the site.

Shipping and delivery

Shipments are made via express courier with secure certified packaging for bottles. Average delivery times are 2–5 business days from order confirmation. It is possible to specify a preferred delivery date, which we will endeavor to respect within the courier's operational limits.

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the products. Withdrawal is permitted exclusively for intact, unopened products, equipped with the original cork and capsule, and with an undamaged label. Products must be returned in their original packaging or in any case with packaging suitable to guarantee their protection.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for recognized defects or shipping errors on our part.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the integrity of the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 business days, using the same payment method chosen during the purchase phase.
